Reports to the Project Executive. Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Handle multi projects while serving as the Turner Construction representative on the Owner-Architect-Turner team. Is responsible to protect and promote the interest of Turner in all matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Establish & maintain Master Progress Schedule.
-Maintain Owner, Architect, Subcontractor & Vendor relations.
-Prepare Budget and Financial Reporting.
-Maintain General Contract and Subcontract Documents.
-Maintain Quality Assurance and Control.
-Establish & monitor administrative procedures for the project.
-Organize work & train staff organization on projects.
-Keep informed on requirements for Insurance, Safety, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, maintain EEO compliances, etc.
-Assure applications for payment and collection are properly disbursed.
-Keep management informed on progress of project and budget.
-Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Four-year college degree with four-years of formal engineering or architectural training and at least 8 years of building construction experience required. Or 12+ years of Data Center/Telecom Facilities focused construction experience. Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, line and grade (survey), estimating and engineering principals and techniques, as well as accounting principles - with a strong focus on "technical" construction (data centers/telecom facilities). Data Center/Telecom Facilities knowledge is strongly desireable. Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs. Knowledge of Prolog Manager and Primavera scheduling desirable. Very strong English oral & written communication skills are a must. Willing to travel.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
