Travelocity Partner Network (TPN) has been a leader in private-branded Internet travel programs for over 10 years. By leveraging its vast experience in online travel to marketing thousands of travel destinations across the globe to millions of visitors. TPN provides exposure powers to 24 million unique visitors per month through branded agency websites, websites owned by suppliers and distribution partners. In total, TPN powers over 1000+ online travel businesses partner sites with 24 million unique visitors per month with using its suite of private and white label ecommerce and travel fulfillment services. Clients include an array of e-commerce sites, destination marketing organizations and financial services companies. Travelocity Partner Network is a division of Travelocity Global and the Sabre Holdings portfolio of travel businesses.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, the candidate will have complete revenue and relationship responsibility for a significant portfolio of strategic TPN partnerships. The Account Manager will be accountable for revenue and profitability targets, renewals, implementing growth and cost initiatives with the accounts, and driving product and service strategies for partnerships.

Own the partnerships like a business: architect and execute growth strategies; track and monitor performance; drive analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity; foster strong relationships to ensure renewal

Serve as day-to-day relationship owner, coordinate regular face-to-face commercial updates, interfacing with partners at all levels, including executives, regularly review the partner site, managing marketing & promotional opportunities, and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations. In addition, work collaboratively with partners to discover new opportunities to upsell/cross sell additional services

Advocates on behalf of partnership with various departments & functions within Travelocity to implement, enhance and retain the partnership.

Responsible for managing the entire relationship cycle with partners: transitioning the partnership from sales opportunity to managing the launch process to growing and retaining the business.

Devise marketing strategies for portfolio, based on specific account needs, to increase sales by utilizing marketing and merchandising tools.

Lead/assist with RFP responses and other business development initiatives as needed

Embed self with partner in order to develop deep knowledge of partner needs. Analyze needs to determine strategic value, business case & fit with TPN strategy. Lead internal resources and partner in architecting win-win solutions that address needs using TPN products & solutions. Formulate action plans to ensure execution and measurement of results.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years related consultative or solution-oriented sales/account management experience with successful track record of driving revenue growth, including cross and up selling.

Advanced computer software skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Focus on execution; discipline and superior time management/prioritization skills.

Strong knowledge of ecommerce: SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing/merchandising tools; XML/HTML/mobile technologies.

Experience reviewing and negotiating contractual language.

Travel background preferred.
