The Treasurer-Controller demonstrates a strong grasp of accounting principles. Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise. A champion for controllership.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Embedded Derivative Consultant:

      -Lead consultant on all embedded derivative exposures reported in all Power & Water and Energy Management businesses
      -Ensure all valuations are derivatives are reported and booked correctly at quarter close
      -Lead contact with Corporate Technical Accounting Group (TAG) for Embedded Derivative reporting

  • Lead CAS/TAG Consultant:

      -Lead operational contact for all CAS audits of Treasury
      -Expected to take ownership and drive to closure any identified exposures (Schedule II’s or others)
      -Lead contact with TAG to ensure that organization is in compliance with Corporate policy

  • FX and Derivative Reporting:

      -Take the lead on all FX and Derivative reporting for Power & Water and Energy Management including FAS133, FAS162, external debt, and hedging (FX & Commodity) P&L and balance sheet impacts
      -Lead contact for Corporate Treasury for all Power & Water and Energy Management derivative reporting

  • General TRS Support:

      -Support user entity

  • Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in a treasury or financial position ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • CPA

  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications
