Reporting directly to the Assistant Treasurer, this position is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining reports for the management of cash, liquidity and cash flow forecasting. The position is also responsible for liaising with banks to follow up and resolve any operational issues which may arise from time to time.
Specific duties will include the daily retrieving and analysis of bank account positions; obtaining a thorough knowledge of the cash management bank platform(s); assisting in debt management including interest calculations, amortization, and instrument compliance; assisting in the periodic cash forecasting processes; analyzing and monitoring bank and merchant service fees; managing new store setups; interfacing with the Company’s accounting department to help ensure the appropriate recording of entries; and perform miscellaneous duties as directed.
Preferred 1-3 years Treasury/Cash Management experience with $100+ million company including
Bank and merchant fee analysis
Cash forecasting & modeling
Bank relationship management
SAP experience (not required, but preferred)
Project management/supervision experience is a plus
Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and take directions
Change agent with ability to drive and achieve compliance, protocols and process standardization
Excellent written and communication skills are required
