Trendmaker is now looking for a successful sales professional to join our team. We are searching for experienced individuals to qualify prospects, demonstrate features and benefits, overcome objections, create a sense of urgency and close customers on our product and the community they represent. Duties will include: maintaining and utilizing a functional prospect follow-up system, shop and analyze competitive products as needed, conducting Realtor Outreach Programs, and performing the administrative functions related to the processing of sales, transfers, cancellations, closings, and the day-to-day operation of the sales office.
Individual must posses a minimum of 3 years new home sales experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should posses a willingness to learn and consistently employ established sales processes. A demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service is a must. The characteristics of a successful Trendmaker Community Sales Manager includes: self directed, yet team-oriented, a high-energy, outgoing, positive individual, and an ability to set goals and to meet/exceed them. Candidates must also posses knowledge of MS Office Programs. Position must work weekend days.
