The UI/UX designer will be an integral part of the design team. Successful candidate will help guide visual development and user experience, by developing design prototypes, wireframes, usage scenarios, information architecture, usability and other design documents in order to facilitate the front end design of web and mobile platform environments. You will be responsible for designing the framework of thoughtful user experiences and great looking product UI based on product requirements. You will be expected to stay up to date on current trends in interaction design for web, mobile, desktop, and tablet apps.
Create the appropriate UI / UX solutions for product requirements and defining the vision of the end-to-end user experience
Design product functionality, navigation flows, site architecture plans, wireframes, user interface design, and functional specifications for all applications and website redesigns
Ability to discuss and suggest alternative UI solutions to problems and to articulate differences in usage, technical complexity, and emphasis in alternate approaches
Comfortable presenting work and justifying strategic IA and UI design decisions
Strong attention to detail.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working across various types of digital platforms, including: mobile/tablet, e-commerce, and social media.
Self-motivated, well organized, with solid time-management skills
Understanding of UI patterns, research analysis and research-based best practices
BS or BA in New Media, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design or related field
Minimum four (4) years experience working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
Minimum three (3) years experience with Apple iOS, Android and BlackBerry platforms.
Demonstrated ability in typography, layout and color with comfort in a range of styles.
Three (3) years experience of web and mobile standards, best practices, design and usability principles, and constraints within web, mobile and e-mail formats.
Three (3) year experience working with interactive developers and project managers to create a highly polished visual experience
At least two (2) years experience in user interface design with a proven track record of interpreting web analytics, user feedback, and best practices for continual improvement.

Translate creative deliverables from Photoshop mockups to HTML, mobile, Flash or email formats.
Understand of a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures along with monitoring trends and new technologies and evaluating for possible adoption.
Mock up UI components either as proof of concept or to assist in requirements identification.
Work with developers to create, maintain, implement and enforce style guides.
Possess a passion for digital media and entertainment industries
Ability to coordinate with other departments (Business Development, Sales, Technical) to complete projects on time.

Experience with hand-coding HTML 5, CSS 3 and jQuery, ActionScript 2 & 3 are all pluses.
