The Staffing Operations Manager role offers a unique opportunity to apply your Staffing background, systems, reporting and program/project management experience to a job that offers variety, flexibility, global scope, and interesting challenges. We’re looking for a technical operations manager who will lead critical systems, programs and Process Governance in support of world-wide Staffing efforts. This role will partner closely with Staffing Consultants, Staffing Associates and the HRIS and HR Operations Teams to support the Staffing function across the company. You will utilize multiple internal Level 3 systems and tools to perform a variety of duties including driving reporting improvements, conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Minimum skills required to perform in this role.
High School Diploma/GED or 5 years of relevant HR job experience.
Apply structured project management concepts to ensure optimal results. Responsible for management of program budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
Report on results and analyze impacts of new proposed features from program owners and implement these changes. Develop and deliver communications related to program policies, procedures and system updates.
Assess staffing needs, customer feedback, current business processes, and industry trends. Institute programmatic solutions to support existing and new business initiatives.
Assist with configuration maintenance and testing (UAT, BRPT) and process implementations.
Drive communication of program processes, metrics and goals through partnership with business aligned and central Staffing teams, business partners, applicants, and vendors.
Create, communicate, and execute on service level agreements, success metrics, and program documentation, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Help staffing team members drive toward improved staffing operating model. Actively participate in staffing projects, as appropriate.
Education and Experience
Experience: 5+ yrs
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Field Of Study: Human Resources, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
4 years recent staffing related experience as a Recruiter and/or staffing programs
2 years recent ATS System Administration experience (preferably Taleo/Oracle)
3 years of experience in staffing data analysis and advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Advanced Functions (pivot tables, macros, vlookup and concatenate)
2 years of Project/Program management experience including exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) fundamentals
Experience with OFCCP compliance from a recruiting standpoint
Experience managing vendor relationships
Excellent organization and project management skills- this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, influencing without authority, partnering and teamwork. Ability to drive alignment to global processes and systems is also critical.
Must be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints
Change management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
Attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, ability to quickly grasp and understand problems and their impact upon the underlying business process
Interest and passion in exploring new technologies
