Position is located in the KFOR Badging Office, Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
Employee provides all supervisory levels for operational oversight as it pertains to documentation, validation and processing of KFOR badges in support of Multinational Battle Group-East (MNBG-E) USA Contingent. Responsible for the data entry administrative requirements IAW J1 SOP 1047 KFOR Identity Cards and Access Documents of the NATO badge tracking system, issuing badges to NATO allied countries, DoD civilians, contractors and other personnel as designated by contract. Position requires support to off-site locations based on USG directions determining KFOR badging assistance. Position requires ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers and employees of organizations. Must perform numerical, statistical and/or financial analysis as required. Provide KFOR Badging information upon USG direction and IAW J1 SOP 1047. Supervise and evaluate two (2) subordinate employees on work load requirements and performance measures throughout the USC contractual PoP (Periods of Performance).
Must have an employment background that depicts supervisory roles and or capacity encompassing two (2) years of experience
Must have or be able to be granted a Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to use sound judgment and decision making skills
Must attend organizational manager’s meetings as scheduled or upon notification
Must be able to follow written and oral directions
Must be able to articulate work load requirements and required levels of performance to subordinate employees to include R&R and Annual Vacation periods
Must be able to adapt to organizational standards for quality performance and customer services
Must have experience with computer database management and applications
Must be able to provide a strong level of customer services at all times
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to stand and operate equipment for extended periods of time
knowledge and ability to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point applications and MS Outlook
Must have proficient and efficient typing skills
Must be flexible and maintain professional bearing during performance of assigned duties and tasks as assigned
Must be able to perform mission requirements as required and or directed throughout each contractual PoP (Period of Performance)
Must be able to work all hours to include weekends and holidays in support of the KFOR Badging mission as directed
Must be able to safely operate copiers, shredder, facsimile, laminator, and other office equipment
Must have valid stateside driver’s license
