*Processes new business for the supported insurance line(s).
*Contacts policyholders or agents to determine appropriate courses of action.
*Refers highly complex issues to more senior employees.
Ability to follow operations procedures as outlined by the Branch Support Supervisor.
Ability to meet processing deadlines with minimal error.
Ability to use database software to process insurance policy changes.
Completion of a high school education or its equivalent, and 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
