The Uniform Lead will work as a member of the Human Resources team to ensure proper issue, care and return of all Kirkwood Uniforms. This includes, but is not limited to: uniform check out, inventory, inventory control, cleaning maintenance. This person will work to ensure uniform room and storage facilities are kept in a neat and orderly fashion and that all inventory is maintained through uniform manager tracking system.
This position will work from September 20th through May 15th. Additional hours may be available beyond that, but are not guaranteed. This position works varying shifts throughout the year, weekends and holidays required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English. Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.
Intermediate or better user of basic Microsoft Office Products (Office, Excel).
Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
Previous Administrative Experience.
Previous inventory tracking experience.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.
