Community Education Centers(CEC) is a leading provider of residential and outpatient community corrections programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical functions of a residential treatment unit. This includes implementation, supervision, and approval of documentation of records, treatment plans, family histories, and counselor logs. Responsibilities also include supervising and training staff, and facilitating treatment groups.
Included but not limited to:
*Supervise a housing unit.
*Supervise clinical and operations staff.
*Conduct chart and file audits.
*Implement the clinical program.
*Conduct resident representative meetings.
*Conduct weekly agenda staff meetings.
*Provide regular staff evaluations.
*Oversee disciplinary meetings.
*Conduct regular tours and inspections of the unit.
A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is preferred. LCADC and three years of management experience, preferably in a corrections or a long-term residential environment are desired.
