Assist ACC/A8Y in requirements management/analysis, generation of requirements documentation, and long-range planning for developing UAS & High-Altitude ISR platforms and integration with other manned/unmanned systems. Professional services support includes aircraft platforms, ground stations, and payloads; assistance in management of all aspects of UAS and High-Altitude ISR systems; bed down planning; operational training, test and evaluation, and exploitation requirements; logistics requirements and planning; budgets and plans; CONOPS development; airspace management; regulatory guidance development; communications requirements and plans; contingency planning; management oversight of operations, logistics, and other support activities to include support in planning and conduct of operational and developmental exercises/demonstrations.

Required Skills:
Min 6 years experience in multiple aspects of the following areas: - Providing technical, operational and/or programmatic support to functional managers, requirements officers, and PEMs for UAS, High-Altitude ISR platforms and/or other reconnaissance and intelligence systems - Interfacing and performing regular and frequent technical and programmatic liaison functions as required with Air Force and DoD components conducting or interfacing with program or system requirements, ops, planning, RDT&E, & system sustainment - Preparing programming inputs: POM, BES, PB, impact assessments, and review of system acquisition plans - Supporting the coordination, planning, operations, requirements definition, and implementation of mission essential operational deployments - Decomposing operational requirements into technical requirements/specifications; assisting developers in cost/performance trade-off analysis to support system design decisions; providing education to developers on analytical basis of requirements, relevant guidance, architectures, interoperability, and issues requiring additional analysis - Supporting and assisting management in all aspects of: system fielding in both CONUS/OCONUS; unit standup; support contingency planning and execution; quarterly system bed down plan updates; other updates as required; manpower requisition requests; and correspondence to execute and document SATAF activities for bed down locations - Assisting management on airspace and air traffic safety issues and preparing updates for UAS operations, FAA regulatory guidance, and UAS national and international airspace access policies - Assisting in the development and management of training programs, training policy guidance, formal courses, and training devices - Assisting in planning/managing logistics support for the RQ-4 system and other systems - Providing support in the development of long-range plans, roadmaps, mission area plans, and other formal and informal planning documents - Assisting in requirements development/modernization of airborne ISR aircraft and ground station communications systems to include radios, radars, satellites, and information networks
