Works as a consulting team member on client or internal assignments for the Upgrade Center. Serves as a QNXT product expert to clients during upgrade projects, and develops an understanding of the in-depth features and functions available in the existing and new product releases. Applies this knowledge to ensure the upgrades are done in an optimal and efficient manner. Provides advice and expertise in the QNXT System configuration as it relates to features and functions and applies to the client business needs.
Utilizes Professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Draws upon client health care operations input, application system technology and best practices as the context for consulting service delivery. Leads the transfer of application knowledge and analysis of customer business needs towards determining optimal configuration and customer’s business in the new release of QNXT.
Analyze impact and coordinate proposed configuration changes between QNXT and third party products. Act as a resource of information on Healthcare and/or Payer Industry knowledge.
Coordinates with business process experts, hosting team, technical experts to ensure that all application oriented issues relating to the upgrade project are addressed, and that the decisions are documented.

Required Education/ Certifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience will be taken into consideration
Minimum of 3 years related work experience
Demonstrated skills in analyzing and resolving complex problems
Knowledge in other TriZetto products preferred
