Job DescriptionVice President, Business Model Manager, Participant Services (New York, NY): Provide vision and strategic direction for the Individual Business to enable them to competitively meet customer needs, achieve product and service goals as well as motivate and develop talent; support decision making within the division which include defining key strategic issues, generating hypotheses, developing frameworks for research/analysis and executing against these frameworks, collaborating with key stakeholders within the business and communicating insights to our leadership team; conduct studies and evaluations to identify and address business unit opportunities, as well as a top-down strategy for growing the business; conduct assessments for new businesses, segments and geographies as needed, including analyzing the information gathered and developing methods to resolve issues or improve performance; develop relationships with executives in the business units, support functions and senior leadership; will partner with the business units to provide insights and analysis to identify innovation initiatives and develop solutions for priority strategic issues which include organizational changes, communications, information flow, project management methods or cost/benefit analysis; structure and execute initiatives that may be complex and span across multiple organizational units; communicate the status of these initiatives concisely and effectively to all levels of management throughout the project lifecycle as well as prepare, deliver and lead the dialogue around these key efforts with Executive Management; provide leadership with the recruiting, coaching and mentoring of junior staff.QualificationsRequirements: Master's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field 8 years of demonstrated strategic and execution leadership in a consumer financial services company. 3 years of Management Consulting experience including developing strategic frameworks to prove and disprove hypotheses, specifically in the consumer financial services industry and experience in communication techniques such as Minto's Pyramid Principle.Experience in driving sales growth in consumer financial services required.Knowledge of best practice client experience measurement approaches, including client satisfaction, client loyalty, and process management metrics.
