" Develop strategic marketing plans to target financial services clients in the US
" Drive business development, and win new clients

Percent Travel:



Low: $130,000 - High: $170,000

a) marketing
" Work closely with the leadership team of client to develop marketing and branding strategies
" Customize the overall client marketing strategies to target financial services clients
" Driving pilots and trials of client s unique services
" Be a visible spokesperson in the industry for client

b) business development & sales
" Working with the dedicated sales person(s) develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients with a long term vision of building strategic relationship with major financial services corporations
" Effectively communicate and develop rapport with prospective clients.
" Generate in-person meetings with Decision Makers and Key Influencers.
" Implement effective closing techniques to ensure meeting goals are achieved.
" Thorough follow ups are required for each valid prospect.
" Win new accounts.
" Have a focus on winning annuity type of contracts
" Actively work on cross selling the various service offerings from client.
" The candidate should also have experience and be able to manage live client engagements

c) setting-up and managing client financial services practice - US team
" Set-up a sales and business development team for the financial services practices in the US.
" Develop the existing client services and delivery team

d) consulting & advisory
" Develop, enhance and demonstrate strong understanding of client market intelligence vision, approach and service offerings.
" Develop and demonstrate thorough understanding of the financial services space. Further develop and demonstrate a very good understanding of the business priorities and market research needs of financial services companies, and how to map these to client offerings.
" Provide market research backed consulting to clients and deliver business impact

" Ensure that world class service levels are maintained.
" Set-up metrics and review mechanisms to track client satisfaction and proactively address issues
" Act as an escalation point
" Ensure that the client win is converted to a long term growing engagement

" Demonstrated record of success in market research sales and business development
" At least 12 years experience in market research. At least 5 years in Business Development & Client Servicing
" Experience in target driven business development
" Team management experience, covering market research delivery and market research sales
" Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, Graduate degree preferred
" Willing to adapt/ be flexible to cultural differences
