POS ITION PURPOSE:

Leads the executive relationship with a portfolio of national and regionally-specific FS&OP customers in North America on behalf of CCR and the Coca-Cola System. Partners directly with the customers and leads a team of field-based Zone Sales Associates to identify strategic, mutually beneficial short-term and long-term growth opportunities for customers and CCR that span CCR’s capabilities and includes all package forms. Continuously builds the capabilities of the zone team to be a sophisticated, world-class selling organization.

Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads strategic, executive relationship building with a portfolio of nationally and regionally-specific customers

Acts as senior Coca-Cola customer contact for collaboration and influence with the customer. Acts as primary CCR executive representing customer strategies in franchise leadership for the Coca-Cola System within the region.

Interfaces with customers with a general management approach, bringing strategic value opportunities to the customer that span the capabilities of CCR (inclusive of Commercial Leadership, Product Supply, etc)including all package forms.

Leads annual plan achievement through leading a team of FS&OP Sales leaders. Coaches team to build strategies with customers that are aligned with CCR’s Commercial Strategy.

Leads FS&OP Associates with a cross-functional/general management lens – coaching and bringing knowledge to key decisions from all capability areas within CCR to build a world-class retail sales team. Stewards world-class sales capability building within the customer team.

Acts as internal CCR FS&OP Zone customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies/insights to inform future CCR Strategy for year over year growth. Acts as subject matter expert for all channel activity.

Responsible for customer contract negotiations/re-negotiations/retention within geographical region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Minimum Required:

BS/BA (or equivalent)

Preferred Level:

MS/MA/MBA (or equivalent)

Experience

Minimum Required:

5-7 years general management experience with large consumer package goods organization

5-7 years progressive customer management and sales leadership experience (incl people leadership).

Preferred Level:

7 years general management experience with large consumer package goods organization

7 years progressive customer management and sales leadership experience (incl people leadership).

1-2 years cross-functional experience outside of Sales (e.g., Commercial Leadership, Product Supply, Sales Operations)
