The Valet Dispatcher reports to the Supervisor Parking and is responsible for logging vehicle keys, organizing requests and dispatching Valets to retrieve vehicles.

What’s Expected…
Create a fun experience for guests on a daily basis; including:
  • Service delivery in alignment with Revel brand
  • Adding to guest enjoyment of Revel through prompt response to guest and internal requests
  • Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desires
  • Being ready each day with a professional appearance, smile and knowledge of resort activities
    Facilitate guest enjoyment of Revel; including:
  • Performing role in an efficient and effective manner
  • Effective organization and management of vehicle keys
  • Anticipating guest and internal needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns
  • Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experience
    Differentiate the guest experience on a daily basis; including:
  • Exhibiting appropriate use of humor
  • Interacting with guests with disabilities with respect
  • Taking time to understand cultural considerations and language barriers with international and non-English speaking guests
  • Understanding each guest is an individual and modifying your approach to meet their desires
    Appreciate the service role you provide and impact it has to ensuring a guest leaves Revel thinking – I can’t wait to come back again!

  • What's Expected
    What’s Required…
  • Experience as a valet dispatcher or willingness and aptitude to learn the role
  • Strong guest service skills; including ability to converse with guests and co-workers
  • Positive, personable, and outwardly friendly
  • Strong posture, facial expressions, and eye contact
  • Technology savvy
  • Demonstrated attitude of being hungry, humble, smart, simple and nice with co-workers
  • Ability to work an entire shift wearing Revel required uniform and shoes
  • Ability to complete license requirements with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission or New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, as applicable, and abide by the requirements imposed by New Jersey Casino Control Act and regulations
  • Computer skills required; proficient in appropriate software
  • Ability to perform role in a in a busy, high volume work environment
  • Endure various physical movements throughout the shift; including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
  • Scheduling flexibility; to include nights and weekends
  • Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
