Job Family Summary
Sales Consultant/Territory Management is responsible for increasing penetration and profitability in new/existing accounts as well as increasing market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance.
Focused on account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a territory. Involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include infusion specialty disposables, oncology/chemotherapy safety products, and vascular disposables. Buying process involves clinical support from hospital based nursing and/or physicans.
Call points are hospital based clinicians including: critical care, oncology, infection prevention, infusion therapy/vascular access, nursing administration/education, and supply chain/materials management.
Bachelor's degree required
Min 4 years related sales experience. Hospital/Healthcare sales experience preferred.
Ability to travel up to 40% of time throughout assigned territory
Proven product knowledge in business area. Infusion/Oncology/Hospital sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving history
