This person will be responsible for the administration of key vendor relationships, including managing daily vendor and client issue resolution and process execution. He/she will determines and define vendor performance metrics, set short and long-term production and quality goals with vendor, and monitor, analyze and manage vendor performance on an ongoing basis. He/she will be accountable for production of monthly performance scorecard and the communication of vendor performance results to key constituents. He/she will document processes and create standard operating procedures/ P&Pâ€™s to support vendor operations, and lead process improvement efforts.
This person will also support the long-term vendor management strategy by soliciting, researching, evaluating and piloting new vendor concepts, defining requirements for new Statements of Work, partnering with Procurement on contracting, supporting the RFI/RFP process, and managing new vendor onboarding.
Experience managing vendors or external partners for performance
Process design and improvement experience
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint
May travel 10-25% of the time
Bachelorâ€™s Degree plus 3-5 years of operations experience (e.g., inventory management, monitoring results, reviewing quality output, driving action plans, etc.)
Health Care and/or Payment Integrity experience a plus
Reporting and analytics experience preferred
UNET, Prime, NICE, Facets, Oxford platform knowledge, i.e. eligibility technical background a plus
Finance management experience preferred, e.g. providing input to forecasting and planning activities, staff planning, managing expense with respect to the overall budget, etc.
