With assets under supervision of $2.1 trillion, Asset Management is a global leader in investment advice and management. Our clients include institutions and retail investors in Asset Management, high-net-worth individuals in the Private Bank and brokerage clients in JPMorgan Securities.

Department Description:
The Asset Management (AM) Planning and Analysis (P&A) team is responsible for reviewing all aspects of the business in an effort to develop analyses and provide insight on revenues, expenses, profitability, investment performance, capital & balance sheet usage in order to provide senior management with meaningful recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager (PM) within the AM Finance P&A Team you will act as the lead PM on the CCAR and ICAAP capital stress testing initiatives. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management including detailed project plans, tracking and escalating issues, measuring progress against all deliverables, preparing, managing and executing stakeholder communications. In addition, the PM will partner closely with finance and business teams to ensure all deliverables remain on target. A specific aspect of this role is working with statistical modeling experts on financial model development, so knowledge of statistical techniques and tools is important in addition to knowledge of the businesses in which we operate.

Qualifications

Skills Required

:

Must have 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Project Manager

·

Experience with Asset Management business (private banking and/or investment management)

·

Solid knowledge of financial management reporting and financial concepts

·

Good understanding of statistical regression techniques and tools (SAS, eViews)

·

Ability to work across multiple functions. Ability to develop strong relationships and influence people, including senior stakeholders

·

Highly motivated, and results-oriented

·

Outstanding communication skills

·

Effective issue resolution and problem solving abilities

·

Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

·

Strong PC skills, including MS Power Point and MS Excel

·

Bachelor’s degree required
