The Vice President of Client Services plays a crucial role at Affinnova. This person is responsible for driving trial and adoption of Affinnova Optimizer and associated offerings at leading consumer products and services companies to more effectively help develop new products, revitalize existing brands, create ad campaigns and design packaging. This position reports to the SVP of Global Client Services. Specific responsibilities include:
Prospect new companies and increase penetration across divisions within existing clients
Evangelize the strategic need for Affinnova solutions to all functions and levels responsible for innovation and marketing
Educate key constituents including marketing, consumer insights and innovation, on the technical methodologies and applied use of Affinnova solutions
Build long-term relationships and make clients successful by understanding their business needs and applying our solutions and expertise
Drive adoption of Affinnova solutions for marketing and innovation based on individual project results and long-term systemic impact
Sell corporate wide contracts that institutionalize Affinnova solutions as part of the marketing and innovation processes
Scoping and Results Delivery
Consult with clients on marketing, research and innovation initiatives that Affinnova can expertly address and author proposals that best meet objectives
Manage client services team to ensure that project requirements are successfully executed
Analyze results, create business story and present results that deliver insightful, strategic and actionable answers for clients (from CMO to associate research managers)
Proven track record of success selling consultative, strategic solutions that leverage data and analytics to the marketing function. Experience selling to CPG companies preferred.
Will also consider candidates in brand management or consumer insights from the CPG industry with a record of repeated accomplishment and requisite sales abilities
Experience in new product development and the associated research preferred
Entrepreneurial experience a significant plus
Able to work out of a home office
