The Vice President, Employee-Customer e-Learning and Development will lead and build Affinnova’s global e-Learning and development function. This person will be responsible for developing content and delivering learning programs that enables growth in both employee competencies and customer adoption. Specifically, you will:
Lead and build the e-Learning and Development team that is capable of meeting the current and future needs of the company
Work with executives to identify key employee and customer needs that drive the most systemic value creation for the company
Collaborate with experts and leverage resources inside and outside the company to co-create content that is comprehensive, correct and actionable
Develop content that enables the training & development of employees globally in foundational competencies and emerging skills due to expanding product line
Develop content that enables learning programs for customers to drive adoption of the company’s technology and is recognized as the industry standard
Design programs including web only, blended services and social learning that are effective, scalable and sustainable
Empower managers and facilitate a network of trainers that can effectively deliver learning programs across the company’s employees and customers
Define success metrics linked to employee development and customer adoption and regularly measure progress
This position reports directly to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer while also working closely with the CEO, sales leaders and product development

Technology Leadership – Expertise in web and social technologies that can drive or augment learning and development
Organizational Leadership – Track record of directly leading and building strong teams and effectively collaborating to influence the outcomes of the entire organization

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Currently leading e-Learning and related services for a growing technology company
Will consider senior management consultants from talent and organizational effectiveness practices with the appropriate experience
Undergraduate degree in Education, Technology or Organizational Development or related field; Educational credentials that cross disciplines valued
High academic achievement (GPA – 3.5+)
