Additional Summary Specific to Job
This position will cover for several outlying locations(St joseph's,SouthEast Oncology,Women's,Belaire,and OB/GYN-Resident Clinic). This person will be used as a Float for covering vacations and or sick call in's.
Provide exceptional customer service
Provide telephone nursing care.
Maintain and review pt records
Track test results and informing patient of results
Calling in perscriptions
Assist with patient education
Obtain patient vitals and history
Assist in minor office procedures
LVN I -
Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
LVN License issued by the Texas Board of Nursing
LVN II - LVN license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing with a minimum of five years experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Research experience is preferred for LVNs working in research environment.
- Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
3-5 years of OB/GYN experience
