Description: Looking for a candidate you can come in diagnose the connectivity problems and perform the steps needed to fix the problem. From the client: We are on Fiber Optic not Verizon Internet- Data Tower Stream(Primary) and Rainbow Voice- XO Currently using Netgear Hardware not cisco. I would say put an emphasis on our Wireless issue than phone. According to the support team Voice might need some work on ports but they are all active.

A big reason for the push on the Wifi is our growth, a good amount of people are using tablets and Macbooks that don’t have Ethernet ports. Connection is very spotty, for best results we reset constantly.
