The Administrative Technician is responsible for the tracking, monitoring, referral and admission of DOSA and other chemical dependency offenders who will be under community supervision and in need of chemical dependency treatment referrals. This position also works closely with the Washington Department of Corrections (WA DOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, community referral agencies and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure quality delivery of services according to contractual specifications.


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field required; significant experience may substitute for education. Experience in case management, transition planning, or reintegration planning is highly desirable. Experience in Law Enforcement or Corrections is strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; familiarity with Washington State databases such as TARGET 2000 is preferred.
