Provide general clerical support for a designated department or area. Process documentation, maintain computerized department records and data system, and prepare reports. Ensure shipment accuracy while using the SAP system. Coordinate communication with other department as required. Ensure relative documentation is created and/or entered into computerized system for all incoming/outbound shipments. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly activivity/summary reports as required. Comply with company, client, and governmental policies and regulations. Resolve shipment errors prior to shipment release. Communicate with carriers on load departure time. Print bills of lading, pick lists, and stencils. Conform to Internal Control, ISO-9001, ISO 14001, and QMS, EMS programs etc. HSD or GED. Must have 1-3 years warehouse clerk experience, Must possess good communication skills as well as organizational and problem solving skills.
Must have High School/GED

Basic Computer skills, MS word etc.
