Title: Warehouse Sale Clerk

This is a temporary position that will assist with the GEAR for Sports Warehouse sale November 18 th - 24 th located at the KC Mart at 115 th and Metcalf in Overland Park.
The following shifts are available:
Monda y Tuesday – Friday Saturday Sunday
5pm- 8pm 9am – 5pm 9am – 6pm 10am – 4pm
10am – 3pm 10am – 4pm
5pm – 9pm
Summary: The position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, helping them to meet their needs in identifying style, size, and color and maintaining the merchandise in the warehouse to respectable standards. Displays a level of energy and enthusiasm for the sales floor and cash wrap; Greets and genuinely acknowledges customers by smiling and making eye contact.

Remains consistently accessible and has a positive approach to customers and co-workers.
Generates sales and contributes to the overall sales performance of the sale. Generates sales via brand promotion and specials.
Recognizes and responds appropriately to customer's observable cues; Answers customer questions quickly and accurately.
Assists customers before tending to non-sell tasks; Stops other tasks to service customers.
Teams up and communicates professionally with other sales associates and managers; Takes direction and guidance from management and other sales associates; Treats all co-workers and customers in a fair and consistent manner.
Takes initiative to replenish and fold down/size merchandise.
Works to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
