We also specialize in de-watering and the treatment of contaminated ground water at construction and other industrial sites and environmental construction.

Water Waste Water Estimator

Envirotech LLC is looking for an experienced Estimator in the water and waste water field in our Baltimore, Maryland office.

Construction & Environmental Services - Estimator/Project Manager

This position directly reports to Branch Manager and entails being an active part of a team of skilled professionals with experience in demolition, infrastructure construction, complex mechanical systems and environmental remediation.

Responsibilities for this position include:

Conduct initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required for successful project performance.
Prepare compete take-off and cost estimates for projects with detailed review of project specifications, drawings, sub-contractor scope of services contract and construction documents.
Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects are performed in accordance with design, budget and schedule, including interfacing of work with client representatives, consultants, architects, and other trades.
Plan, supervise and coordinate site functions with project superintendents.
Actively manage job profitability to target by maximizing productivity and tracking and control costs through the duration of the work.
Prepare and manage administrative submittals throughout the project.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum requirements to be considered include:

Five years of field experience performing worker/trade operations.
Four-year degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience in construction management, estimating, consulting and/or craft supervision.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction.
Experience/knowledge with formal agreements, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, operational performance, and proactive safety programs.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and resourceful, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well independently at the project level.
