You will join an exceptional team of engineers and scientists, and your leadership and entrepreneurial attributes will be rewarded as you help our office grow.

A candidate we’ll love: You are a leader that energizes and motivates teams to provide unsurpassed client service. You have a network of clients in the Northern California municipal market and offer a solid technical and consulting background. You will be responsible for identifying and leading municipal water clients’ pursuits, managing projects from the planning phase through construction, and water engineering expertise on projects throughout our Northern California region. You will lead the negotiation of work scopes with clients; direct and support engineering staff, and collaborate with other client service managers and project managers in our Northern California offices to implement our business development strategies. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are key to your success in helping grow this sector. A PE license and related engineering degree(s) are required.
