What does the Decision Management Tools Group do within FICO?

What will YOU do as a Web UI Developer?
We are looking for an experienced technologist with a passion for high performance software development, and a desire to rapidly deliver software products that delight users and drive revenue. Position will work on architectural design and implementation of FICO’s Model Central product.
This position is in a highly collaborative environment co-located with other team members. Work outside normal business hours sometimes required. Minimal travel.

Education/Certifications Required:
-BS or MS in Computer Science highly desirable.
-Additional background in statistics, modeling or decision science a plus.

Experience/Qualifications Required:
-3+ years in commercial software development, at least 2 in enterprise class web application development using agile development methodologies.
-Skilled with web-based architecture and client-side technologies.
-Solid understanding of HTTP, HTML and JavaScript.
-Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like jQuery or YUI.
-Web design skills using HTML4/5, Ajax, CSS, MVVM and JSON.
-Experience designing for usability, cross-browser compatibility and security.
-Experience creating and maintaining large JavaScript code bases, including modularizing, testing, coding patterns and standards, backward compatibility mgmt, experience with a JavaScript testing framework.
-Excellent oral and written communication, preference for collaborative work in a team environment.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
