WTSP-Tampa/St.Petersburg has an opening for a Weekday Morning Anchor/Reporter. The position will anchor newscasts 5:00 -7:00am, 9:00-9:30am and 12:00-12:30pm; contribute story ideas and participate in editorial meetings; produce content for digital platforms including wtsp.com, Facebook and Twitter; develop franchise and report on a regular basis; and take part in station and community events.
Qualified candidates will have minimum five years television anchoring and reporting experience, college degree in journalism or an equivalent combination of education and experience, strong on-air presentation, strong writing skills for on-air and online, and demonstrated newsroom leadership skills.
