General Position Summary:
  • Manage all footwear sales functions for an assigned geographic region. Responsibilities include managing sales staff for the assigned region, developing sales plans, and researching market opportunities.Oversees and directs all sales staff within the assigned geographic region.
  • Establishes and communicates, in conjunction with the National Sales, appropriate sales goals for the sales staff.
  • Acts as liaison between CSC and sales staff ensuring that their needs are met with regard to sales efforts, product showings, and like functions.
  • Develops strategies to maximize sales within the geographic region.
  • Position manages a regional sales team consisting of professional sales staff and internal sales support employees.
  • Maintains positive open lines of communication with all CSC management, staff and other departments in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Marketing (or experience equivalent to a degree).
