The Welcome Office & Welcome Desk/Whatever-Whenever offer constant guest interaction, with the most diverse operating exposure in the hotel.

Job Description

Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in/check- out and storage. Assists guests with city information and directions. Deliver items as requested by guests or Manager on Duty. Deliver all Room Service food and beverage, guest amenities to rooms.

Requirements

At least 1year related experience and/or customer service.
