Provide a full range of office and administrative support for each Vice President, including telephone coverage, correspondence, spreadsheet preparation of materials, editing, and maintenance of manuals and files.
Coordinate and manage each Vice President's schedule, including managing the Outlook calendar, monitoring of up-coming meetings, events, requests for information and due dates.
Draft, edit and prepare final versions of internal and external correspondence, reports and presentations for each Vice President.
Manage special projects, including, collection of data, completing of questionnaires, preparation of spreadsheets and budget reports, as examples.
Serve as liaison with other campus offices and outside organizations and business representatives such as architects, construction managers, attorneys and insurance agencies.
Assist the Vice President/CFO with the administration and coordination of College-wide insurance programs (i.e., professional liability, legal liability, property insurance and workers' compensation).
Assist with dissemination, review, tracking and analysis of departmental budget for the Vice President of Administration, Institutional Effectiveness and Innovation
Maintain organized records and files of contracts, endowment mailings and other materials, prepare spreadsheets and reports, and draft correspondence.
Participate and serve as scribe to the division staff meetings or other committee meetings as needed; assist with Board of Trustee meetings as requested.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Project management skills
- 3-5 years work experience in an office support role
- Strong office and organization skills with a demonstrated customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong editing and proof reading skills
- Attention to details to include working with numbers
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively
