Employee must possess excellent customer
service skills and display those skills when meeting and greeting
guests and making reservations.
Employee must also be a team player.

Essential Functions

Pre-bussing and setting tables – must be able to
carry a tray with empty plates and glasses. Be able to reset and clear a table in a timely
manner and understand how to set up a table in the dining
Host/Hostess responsibilities - telephone skills a
must, computer skills for making reservations and scanning coupons
for the customer and other light paperwork
Greeting customers – calmly and professionally,
be able to understand customers wants and needs when dining. When hostessing; greeting the
guest when they arrive to the hostess stand and communicate
reservations availability.
Pre-opening duties as a busser/host/hostess -
five-sensing the room (look, hear, touch, smell and taste). Busser
prepares salads ahead of time for the
Folding napkins - must be able to fold three different
kinds of napkins.
Must know the menu and assist server in delivering
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential
function of your job.


May be called upon to assist other staff as
Other related duties including but not limited to
complying with the following; Colorado Limited Gaming Act,
Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control
Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal
requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS



Knowledge, Skill and

Excellent customer service skills, telephone skills and
computer knowledge of Microsoft

Education or Formal

High School Diploma
or Equivalent Work Experience

Restaurant experience preferred.

Material and Equipment Directly

Used :
Telephone, Bus cart, computer and cocktail

Working Environment/Physical

Activities :
The employee will be frequently walking
and standing and occasionally sitting. Must be able to lift, carry push or pull between
10-20 lbs. There will be
occasional stooping and frequent kneeling, reaching and
handling. There is
consistent talking, listening and seeing as well as frequent tasting
and smelling. 75% of the
job is indoors, 25% is outdoors. You will occasionally be exposed to extreme cold
or heat. You will also
be constantly exposed to the smell of food, occasionally exposed to
dust and occasionally exposed to the hazard of a possible burn. Must be able to work at 8100
ft. in altitude.
