Client Support Center-

  • Assist internal employees with the placement of Mobile Phone, Aircard, Tablet and Calling Card orders
  • Revise resource documentation located on department SharePoint and Wiki sites in order to convey relevant information to clients
  • Initiate actions necessary to resolve wireless device problems, performing first level troubleshooting, resolving and escalating issues as needed
  • Demonstrate strong guest service and satisfaction by proactively meeting the needs and requests of internal clients in a complete and timely manner
  • Provide assistance with ports, plan/feature changes and billing inquiries
  • General knowledge of cellular technology
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, organizational and prioritization skills
Macintosh : OS : 1-3 Years ,
