Client Support Center-
- Assist internal employees with the placement of Mobile Phone, Aircard, Tablet and Calling Card orders
- Revise resource documentation located on department SharePoint and Wiki sites in order to convey relevant information to clients
- Initiate actions necessary to resolve wireless device problems, performing first level troubleshooting, resolving and escalating issues as needed
- Demonstrate strong guest service and satisfaction by proactively meeting the needs and requests of internal clients in a complete and timely manner
- Provide assistance with ports, plan/feature changes and billing inquiries
- General knowledge of cellular technology
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills, organizational and prioritization skills
