The Team:
The RF OEM Design Group is part of the Wireless Business Organization within Alcatel-Lucent. This organization develops RF radio products for use in the LTE RF product family. The group writes specifications for custom RF front end products (Remote Radio Heads and Transmit Receive Duplexer Units), manages OEM suppliers for the delivery of these products and tests the products to ensure compliance to the specifications.
The Position:
The candidate will work within the Alcatel-Lucent Wireless business group. They will be responsible for test development which involves focused effort on creating test software used to test OEM RF equipment. This work will include putting together test equipment and writing the software to automate test routines. An understanding of RF communications is also required.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
Basic Knowledge of RF signals and electronics
Knowledge of RF test equipment
Understanding of programming in Labview
Desired Skills:
Advanced programming capabilities
RF radio and power amplifier design knowledge
Knowledge of CFR and DPD algorithms
Required Qualifications:
Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineer from an accredited college/university
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
Able to work from the Murray Hill office
