Within the Division of Institutional Advancement, this position primarily assists the Prospect Development/Research Team by helping us update constituent records for the College. Daily projects include researching
updated information (i.e. background information, education, family information, Rollins connections, professional info,
community involvement, philanthropy) through College-wide publications, regional newspapers and magazines, online research software tools, and online publications. This position may also be asked to do special projects for the
Development/Fundraising Team. Special Projects may include program based assistance to the Offices of Gift Planning,Parent Programs, and Major Gifts. You may occasionally be asked to perform office work, such as scanning documents,mailing letters, and filing. Because we work with confidential information, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality
Agreement before receiving access to our files. Our team enjoys having a positive work atmosphere and we are happy to hire students who convey a professional demeanor in an office environment.
Minimum Qualifications/Special Skills
We are looking for a student who has experience with MS Word and MS Excel and who is skilled in written and oral communication, and problem solving. We are looking for a student who has a mature judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Attention to detail is vastly important in maintaining our constituent records. We encourage students who like to ask questions, perform research, and who enjoy coming up with new ideas to apply.
