Appirio is focused on Workday, Salesforce.com, and Google Enterprise customer implementations. Human Capital Management Consultants will work on-site and remotely with customers to advise on maximizing the effectiveness of their HR operations and the HR function.
Ideal candidates will have Workday implementation experience, specifically in Human Capital Management. Additionally, our staff will consult with clients to further increase efficiency and reduce costs by advising on additional cloud strategy offerings.
Specific areas of concentration include:
Participate in and/or lead Workday HCM implementations
Consult with clients to design, build and deploy Workday HCM to meet their business needs
Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships
Consult with clients to maximize efficiency on broad range of operations, ranging from HR Strategy to process design to shared and self-service applications and enabling technologies
Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW
Integration Consultants must have deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday's various integration technologies, Workday's Implementation methodology, and will combine those skills to drive integration deployment successes.

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
Workday HCM Certification is required
Hands-on experience implementing Workday HCM or other SaaS HCM solutions is required
Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Talent Management, Benefits, and/or Payroll
5+ years of PeopleSoft (or other ERP) HCM implementation experience
EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
Experience defining HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel
Project management and/or team lead experience
This position will be located in any region in the U.S.. Selected applicants must be able to work from a home office.
