The Workwise Coordinator is responsible for assisting will all Industrial Account activity, to include billing and record maintenance. Obtains specimens, to include urine for drug abuse, utilizing proper patient and specimen identification and adhering to chain of custody. Obtains blood specimens for health fair and additional purposes and prepares samples for referral to reference labs. Performs various other services including pulmonary function tests - spirometry, audiogram hearing tests, vision screens, and additonal services as necessary. Uses good judgment and assures a high level of quality, customer service and confidentiality. The coordinator is a clinically competent person or willing to learn the industry and performs additional duties as the Workwise Director sees is necessary and essential for the program success.
High Schol Diploma or equivalent
General clinical knowledge or willing to learn
Knowledge of Personal computer and various software programs
Willing to learn new computer programs and utilize to its fullest capacity in everday tasks
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Current Wyoming Driver's license
Phlebotomy skills preferred but not necessary, will train the right person
Other duties as assigned
