XACML Technical SME/Architects support large Homeland Security transformation and information technology programs in meeting their mission objectives and program goals.

Required Qualifications

Must have deep skills and experience in analyzing, developing and testing extensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML)

Must be able to convert plain language set of rules from Data Tagging effort to optimized, machine executable rules/code (XACML)

Must work with the Data Tagging Lead and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood, and issues/risks/questions are raised/addressed in a timely manner

Will serve as a SME to answer any questions on XACML

Must be able to work independently and in a challenging, dynamic environment

At least 4 years of relevant experience desired

Bachelor's degree required

U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance
