Responsible for all cleaning operations in the Housekeeping Department, which includes planning, training, budgeting, staffing, purchasing, and auditing of housekeeping activities. Conducts inspections of all housekeeping assignments and responsibilities, makes weekly employee schedules, supervises, motivates, and disciplines employees, as needed. Also supervises laundry, Room Attendant, and Houseperson teams, is in charge of the property Lost and Found Department, oversees the monthly inventory and quality control of laundry services as well as control of the labor hours for departmental staff.

Strong computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheets are required. Must be able to implement housekeeping training programs, inventory all housekeeping supplies and control expenditures of housekeeping supplies and materials. Understands the importance of customer service and awareness of all VIPs and in-house groups, and insures all housekeeping services are at the Gold Crown level.

Job Requirements:
Prior management experience in Housekeeping as an executive or assistant housekeeper is preferred, as well as experience in chemicals and equipment usage, labor and supply control, personnel management and scheduling. Must have experience in supervisory of personnel, maintenance and budget administration, bilingual in Spanish and English.
