SUMMARY:
Assist with marketing functions for the Wedding Protector Plan, the Protector Plan for Events, and other PSP products to create product awareness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Optimize website code and content on the various website.
Create marketing tools to help educate our client and agent base.
Assist Account Manager in creating and distributing online and direct press releases on behalf of PSP.
Create content for ads, blogs, Facebook, websites and social media outlets.
Create and implement e-marketing materials for wedding, events and other PSP products as requested by PCL, Account Executives and Account Managers in PSP.
Prepare and track results of e-marketing mailings.
Track Google ad word campaigns.
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by management.
Assist management with prospecting and marketing campaigns.
Other administrative functions as required by PCL.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEO), HTML, PHP, Word Press, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of keyword research and Web content creation. online advertising campaigns, Google Analytics, web and social monitoring. Ability to create a website, in Word Press, is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Understanding of search engines, e-commerce marketing and related practices and principles. College degree preferred. Understanding of insurance operations is preferred, but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and creative writing talent. Ability to effectively establish professional rapport, present information and respond to questions from management.

PERSUASIVE ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to listen required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Skill and ability to type 35+ wpm. Skill and ability to organize/prioritize work and meet deadlines. Skill and ability to operate a computer to include, but not limited to, use of Word, Excel, Photoshop, SEO software, the Internet and other company software. Knowledge of good business practices and office procedures. Ability to exercise prudent judgment in adhering to business and personnel guidelines. Experience with Microsoft Office to include intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust and focus.

Position also requires, on occasion, the ability to be a passenger on a plane, drive a motor vehicle, rent a motor vehicle, and maintain a good driving record.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
