QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit both internally and externally for "Team' players. Work with other managers on identifying high level internal performers.Organize all Managers in Training (MIT) development activities. Work closely with the other managers on all MIT development. Approve and sign off on all MIT completions. Complete development plans for all restaurant employee's including one on one follow up on a quarterly basis on the progress of these development plans. Consistently reward success by offering positive feedback and rewards at every level for Quality, Passion and Pride for outstanding results.Responsible for maintaining the code of business ethics and conduct as well as the respect and responsibility policies. Responsible for knowing the results on a daily, weekly monthly and quarterly basis. Identify exceptions and create action plans for those exceptions. Conduct weekly follow up on the progress of those action plans.Maintain the highest restaurant facility standards, by ensuring that the restaurant is following proper maintenance procedures.Communicate daily/weekly with respective Regional manager on any exceptions, including manpower, turnover, and guest issues in the restaurant. CURRENT FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!!
Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, interpret reports, processes, and regulations. Ability to write routine reports correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in group and one on one situation is crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.Computer SkillsMust be proficient using Word, Excel, and other computer applications.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to analyze and communicate using common sense and legal knowledge as it applies to Code of Conduct. Ability to make rational decisions in confrontational situations. Work EnvironmentWork environment is relatively fast-paced and often involves managing high pressure and confrontational situations.
