Chris Hyams is CEO and Board Director of Indeed. Chris joined Indeed in 2010 as Vice President of Product, responsible for technology strategy and innovation. In 2015, he became President, assuming additional responsibility for Indeed’s revenue growth and client success. Chris was appointed Indeed CEO in April 2019, leading Indeed’s mission to help people get jobs.
Chris is a Board Member at DivInc, a technology accelerator whose mission is to generate social and economic equity through entrepreneurship, and at Huston-Tillotson University, an Historically Black University and Austin’s oldest institution of higher learning.
Chris started his career working in adolescent addiction recovery, and then as a high school Special Education teacher in the Vermont public school system. After working as a musician in Los Angeles, he went back to school to study Computer Science. Chris worked as a software Engineer, and later became VP of Engineering at Trilogy Software. Prior to Indeed, he was Founder & CEO of B-Side, a technology platform for independent film analytics, marketing, and distribution. Chris earned an A.B. in Architecture from Princeton University and a Masters in Computer Science from Rice University. He lives in Austin, TX.

Anthony Moisant is Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Indeed. In his role, Anthony leads teams focused on maintaining and protecting Indeed’s marketplace, platform, data, technology and physical security, ensuring compliance and fostering trust with job seekers, employers and Indeed employees, while also bringing AI technology to Indeed employees to help them do their jobs more efficiently.
In addition to his role at Indeed, Anthony serves as an executive officer at Indeed’s parent company, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. In this capacity, he oversees security and information technology functions for Recruit’s HR technology strategic business unit.
Prior to joining Indeed, Anthony served as SVP & Chief Information Officer at Indeed’s sister company, Glassdoor, as well as Executive Sponsor of the company’s LatinX Employee Resource Group. He also held leadership roles at Tribune Media and Sony Gracenote.
Anthony serves on the CXO Advisory Board of Sierra Ventures. He completed the CIO Executive Program at Boston University and graduated from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine School.
Anthony started working very young with a paper route and doing lawn care. His first “official” job was at McDonald’s. He credits his time in the military for changing the trajectory of his life and learning the value of resilience, relationships, and creative problem-solving.

Joe Sgrulletta is the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales at Indeed. In his role, he leads the Sales, Sales Strategy, Global Learning & Enablement (GL&E) and Scaled Business Success (SBS) teams with a focus on growing revenue and delivering positive client outcomes. Joe joined Indeed in 2008 and has served in several leadership roles, including Group Vice President (GVP) of the Americas, Client Success (CS) and Sales teams.
Joe gives back to his community by serving on his local youth sports board.
Joe began his career as an account manager at PepsiBottling Co. with responsibility for a territory that spanned Fairfield and Hartford Counties in Connecticut. He then pivoted into a leadership role when he joined Pfizer as a territory manager. He left Pfizer to join Indeed as an early hire in 2008.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.

Ken Asano is President of Indeed Recruit Partners and Indeed Recruit Technologies, leading both organizations following their establishment as part of Recruit Group’s reorganization effective April 2025. He concurrently serves as General Manager of Indeed Japan, overseeing all HR business operations in the country.
Previously, he was Executive Vice President at Recruit, a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings, where he led the Product Division from 2020, managing a portfolio spanning Marketing and HR Solutions. Before that, he served as Representative Director and President of both Recruit Sumai Company (real estate) and Recruit Lifestyle (dining, beauty, and travel) until their integration into Recruit in 2021.
He first joined Recruit in 1992 in HR sales before serving as editor-in-chief of several key HR publications. Asano brings a proven track record in product development and innovation, and his cross-functional leadership across HR and Marketing continues to drive strategic value within the Recruit Group.

LaFawn Davis is Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Indeed. She oversees an integrated People & Sustainability function focused on helping all Indeed employees grow and thrive while embedding equity and sustainability in everything Indeed does.
In her role, LaFawn oversees HR, talent attraction and engagement, employee enablement, learning and development and people transformation teams. She also leads DEIB+, social and environmental impact, and responsible AI and technology teams.
Previously, Davis was Senior Vice President of ESG and Vice President of Inclusion at Indeed, where she expanded Indeed’s diversity & inclusion group to include equity and belonging. Before Indeed, Davis held HR, D&I and culture roles at Google, PayPal and Twilio.
LaFawn serves on the board of the World Wellbeing Movement and as an advisory board member of Lesbians Who Tech. LaFawn is also a limited partner in Operator Collective and an angel investor and fellow of the Black Venture Institute. She has been listed among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Impact, and Fast Company’s Queer50.
LaFawn’s first job as a high school sophomore was as an apprentice for a Black-owned florist.

Lisa Ramirez is Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Success at Indeed. In her role, she focuses on operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as building scalable systems and processes, helping employers meet their hiring goals. Lisa joined Indeed in 2019 as Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer.
Lisa gives back to her community by participating in the Whiteboard program run by Rosa Rebellion.
Lisa began her career as a business consultant serving clients in energy, government and higher education. Lisa left consulting to join a deregulated energy startup working in Customer Operations. Lisa worked in Resource Development at The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Indeed, Lisa was the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Communications at Netspend.
Lisa graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Psychology.
Lisa’s first job was as Paper Carrier for the San Ramon Valley Times when she was in middle school or toddler gymnastics instructor at the Lake Houston YMCA.

Lowell Brickman is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Indeed. Lowell joined Indeed in 2012 as the company’s first General Counsel and Secretary, building our Legal, Privacy, and Risk Management teams from scratch. He continues to lead each of these functions today.
Lowell is responsible for ensuring that Indeed’s risk profile is acceptable to the Indeed Board of Directors and shareholders, in addition to managing Indeed’s compliance with the law. He also serves as Corporate Executive Officer (Risk Management Division, International) at Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Lowell started his career as an in-house counsel at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. He is married with two children; his daughter lives in Israel with her husband and his son is currently in medical school in Texas. In his free time, Lowell enjoys taking fishing trips and reading history.

Maggie Hulce is Chief Revenue Officer at Indeed. In her role, Maggie leads Indeed’s global revenue organization, including the sales, client success, go-to-market acceleration and marketing teams, while driving strategy and marketplace alignment with the R&D function.
Maggie was previously Executive Vice President and General Manager for Job Seeker at Indeed, where she led product, engineering, design, strategy and operations teams. Before leading Indeed’s Job Seeker teams, she served as General Manager for Enterprise Research & Development and Vice President of Global Sales Strategy. She previously held roles at Google and McKinsey & Company.
Maggie is a board member of Social Venture Partners and a member of the Connecticut Governor’s Workforce Council. She graduated cum laude from Harvard with a BA in Economics and received her Masters in Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Maggie’s first job was working at a summer concession stand with her siblings, where she learned the importance of customer centricity and comfortable shoes.

Novo Constare is Indeed’s Vice President and General Manager of Staffing Solutions. Leveraging his strong entrepreneurial skills, Novo successfully co-founded the innovative staffing platform Syft in 2015. Syft was acquired by Indeed in 2019, rebranded Indeed Flex in 2020, and currently operates in the US and UK. Novo leads Indeed’s Staffing innovation efforts globally, setting out to improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex.
Outside of Indeed, Novo is also a board member of Matchable.com, an all-in-one platform for corporate volunteering and giving back. Before launching Syft, Novo worked in financial markets as a Senior Arbitrage Trader at Chicago-based alternative investments fund Tradelink LLC. Novo graduated from Bristol University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Philosophy.
Novo’s first job was during high school where he was a seasonal stockroom worker, a job that if he were looking for today, he could easily find on Indeed Flex.

Pascal Aguirre is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Indeed, where he oversees corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investments and post-merger integration.
Before joining Indeed, Pascal served as Chief Strategy Officer at both Alorica and Cognizant. He started his career in management consulting at Adventis, joining as an associate and rising to lead its largest practice while also serving as Chief Operating Officer.
Pascal has served on the boards of the MIT Center for Digital Business, the Massachusetts Advanced Cyber Security Center and several start-up companies. He is currently engaged as a Flotilla Commander in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, in addition to regularly serving on boat crews for U.S. Coast Guard active-duty surface operations.
Pascal received a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science, and a Bachelor of Economics with honors from Boston University.
Born in France and the son of a diplomat, Pascal was raised in eight countries across Africa, Latin America, and Europe. His first job at age 16 was as a summer windsurfing instructor on the Costa Brava for manufacturer Mistral, which he continued until his college graduation.

Sean McSherry is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Finance at Indeed. He is responsible for steering investments that help drive revenue and headcount growth.
Sean joined Indeed in 2012 as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, building Indeed’s first FP&A team and leading Sales Ops and Strategy teams. He continued to hold roles of increasing responsibility within finance and was promoted to his current role overseeing all of Finance in 2021.
Sean has cultivated a diverse background in finance and operational strategy and management. Prior to joining Indeed, he started his career in investment banking. He went on to hold senior leadership roles in finance for large international firms including AIG and several New York startups. Sean’s first job was as a camp counselor at age 14, when he spent the summer looking after 7-year-olds at a local day camp in New York.
Sean earned a BA in Economics and Management from Rice University.

Rony Kahan co-founded Indeed in 2004 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Indeed. In addition, Rony is a Board Director of Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company. Rony served as President of Indeed until 2012 and Chief Executive Officer until 2013. Prior to Indeed, in 1998, Rony co-founded jobsinthemoney.com, the leading job site for financial professionals, which he sold to Financial News in 2003. Prior to that he worked in technology consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Rony holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a BSc Honors in Economics from Texas A&M.

Hisayuki “Deko” Idekoba is the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Representative Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings, Head of the HR Technology SBU, and currently serves as Board Director of Indeed and Chairman of RGF Staffing. Before being named CEO of Recruit, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for overseeing the company’s overall business operations. Deko led the acquisition of Indeed in 2012 and later served as its CEO from 2013 to 2019.
Deko joined Recruit in 1999 and, over the course of two decades, led the digital transformation of numerous Recruit Group businesses. He was responsible for transitioning print publications and marketing into online businesses across various sectors including travel, beauty, and dining. As a result of his success, Deko was appointed Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit in 2012, Director of the Board in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Waseda University.

“Sena” Ayano Senaha is Chief Operating Officer (COO), Managing Corporate Executive Officer at Recruit Holdings in charge of Human Resources and General Affairs Division, Finance Division, Risk Management Division, and Corporate Planning and Sustainability Transformation in the Corporate Planning Division, and also Board Director at Indeed.
She has played a major role in the rapid globalization of the Company, leading and contributing to a series of post-merger integrations. Six years after joining the Company, she was transferred to newly acquired Advantage Group Limited in London in 2012.
She skillfully turned around its financial performance after being appointed Managing Director in 2014. She became Corporate Executive Officer of the Company, Chief of Staff at Indeed in 2018, and Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings in 2020.
