Reliability Test

The Reliability module is intended to measure a candidate’s reliability through agreement items. The Reliability module demonstrates a candidate’s behaviors or tendencies as they relate to the Five Factor Model of personality (i.e., Agreeableness, Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Openness, and Emotional Stability). We recommend that you use this module in combination with other selection and hiring processes to measure only those knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics that are 1) job-related and 2) required for a candidate’s first day on the job.
