National average salary: $13.81 per hour
Primary duties: Favor Delivery is a Texas-based delivery service company that brings customers takeout food, groceries, drug store products and other products that can be picked up within an hour or less. To become a Favor Delivery driver, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a car and a driver's license and have either an iPhone or Android phone. Although Favor Delivery drivers may not receive the highest pay when compared to other delivery services, drivers get to keep 100% of their tips, giving you the potential to make more money in addition to hourly pay.
National average salary: $45,555 per year
Primary duties: DoorDash is a delivery service company that provides people with takeout food throughout the U.S. as well as Australia, Canada and Puerto Rico. To become a delivery driver for DoorDash, you should be at least 18 years of age. You can also use a bike, scooter or walk if you live in a city and don't have a car. If you do plan to make deliveries using a car, you will need to have a driver's license.

Primary duties: Grubhub is a U.S.-based food delivery service that provides takeout delivery services from local and chain restaurants to those who order using the app. Grubhub couriers should be at least 19 years old. They should also have a car or bike to make efficient deliveries. Further, those who plan to use a car will need to have a valid driver's license and car insurance.

Primary duties: As a part of Uber, Uber Eats delivers takeout food to customers nationwide. Delivery drivers should be at least the minimum driving age within their area and have a valid driver's license. Whether you earned your license at 16 or 23, you should have at least one year of driving experience before starting to work for Uber Eats.
