How to become a Flight Attendant

To become a flight attendant you will need a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Flight attendants then need to complete a training program through either on-the-job training or at a flight attendant school and get a Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
