A marketing analyst, also called a 'marketing research analyst', helps companies decide what to sell and the most profitable way to do it. By analyzing the market and studying consumer behaviors, marketing analysts predict the demand for products or services. After gaining enough experience, marketing analysts can be promoted to manager and director roles. They typically work in offices using computers to analyze data and generate reports.
