What does a Server do?

A server takes and delivers customer's orders in a food service setting. They play a huge part in making a dining experience enjoyable for their customers and are the face of the restaurant they work in. Servers are also responsible for clearing tables and ensuring that diners enjoy a pleasant and welcoming environment. It is a fast-paced role that usually requires staff to be on their feet for most of their shifts.
